I recently cut myself shaving on my perineum, and over the past few days I have acquired bumps steming from the cut itself. They are lightly colored, maybe a little grey? It hurts a lot and its starting to itch. I have put neosporin on it, tried to keep it as clean as possible and I have taken 2 epsom salt baths. It just seems to be getting worse, it’s hurting to sit and walk. Could it be infected?
