Cut like dark marks

I understand the hyperpigmentation but why this cut like dark marks are forming? When I lick it it feels like a cut there. The hyperpigmentation is there since a month or 2, is it clogged salivary gland? Why is it happening?

Hello sir Please be calm See cuts are not visible so accordingly to pic there is no problem . regarding the pigmentation it is physiological so it is not an issue.but your teeth seems to be a bit flared ,so if clinically bite marks are there then it is due to excess vertical overlap.please update this history and for further details you can consult me Thanks

Looks absolutely healthy. You may find an elevated soft tissue while running your tongue through inner cheek mucosa, which is parotid papillae, normal physiological structure.

Dear Patient On the picture no cuts are visible. It will be better if you get a checkup done. Hyperpigmentation is normal in some people.  But you should get it checked first.
