I am facing difficulty in flowing of bowel movement due to constipation and piles ..after facing such condition there is a cut in anal cavity which is very painful during excretion

Stool softener and per rectal cream may soothen the pain following defecation. Plenty of fluids and fiber rich diets 🥦🍎🥗🍌are very helpful. Please consult for further management if needed.

Drink plenty of water. Take plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. If stool is still hard take one tablet Dulcoflex at bed time. If the problem is still persists  , consult a surgeon.
