Can I use soframycin while dressing a cut happened by falling of window glass? Difference between sofomycin and bitadin..both are same use??

Soframycin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria. Betadine is antiseptic it prevent bacterial colonization. So if u have infection then use soframycin and if its clean then Betadine will do.
