Cure for phimosis.

When my penis is in flaccid state, am able to retract the foreskin and I clean the beneath part often. But, when it's in erection state, am not able to do so and it pains while trying to retract. Please help me cure this.

it requires some foreskin loosening exercises by local lubricant and anaesthetic gels application. contact sexologist for individual care.
