Is there any cure for atopic dermatitis(eczema)? I am suffering from it for approx 4 years. It gets worse in winters i have tried homeopathy alopathy ayurved bt nothing worked. I have to use steroid oinments atlast, i also have some scars of eczema how can get rid of them?
