My mother is having cuff issue everyday she had valve replacement 3 years ago . Suggest to whom we should consult either cardiologist or ent

Need to be ruled out rhinosinusitis/nasal allergies/hyperacidity/acid reflux.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and get opinion from cardiologist also..
