My aunty is having pneumonia as she is admitted in the hospital and having chest pain and having a high pulse rate and it fluctuates to 140-117 dr recommended her ct please tell if reports are normal

The CT findings look like Tuberculosis infection If she has productive cough then get sputum tested If not need to go for bronchoscopy and lavage
