Need to discuss CT scan Report. LM:- The left main coron.ry artery has a normal origin ftom the sinus. The ostium is unr€markable. Palchy atherosclerctic diseas€ width calcified plaques. Focal diametric narrowings of about 55 % is seen. LAD:. Type III. Prominent Alherosclerotic Disease with Calcified Plaques. . Focal diametric narrowing of about 60-65%, associated with calcified plaque is seen at the level of D1 branch and of about 80%, associated with calcified plaque is seen distal to the origin of D2 branch. Diagonal branches (Dl, D2) show mild diffuse wall irregularity.
