CT angio

If I had ct coronary angiogram 3 years ago which was normal dp I need to repeat it again? It was done that time due to chest pains, low exercise capacity n other reasons.. I want to know that in report they say no significant stenosis in any artery.. does this mean they ignore minor blocks? Also the ciricularion is left dominant.. does this imply anything and can be responsible for chest pain? Shall I repeat the CT angio? Am not worried to do so coz of the massive radiation exposure

They don't ignore any blocks. Left dominant system is not an abnornality its just like right handed vs left handed person. No need to repeat CT angiogram if you have no symptoms. Even if you have some chest pains, there are easier and non invasive ways without radiation exposure like TMT
