Right Overy is enlarged in size (approx 40*31*45mm, 30 cc in volume). It shows a cystic lesion with internal echoes within it measuring approx. 22*27*31 mm, 10 cc in volume likely suggestive of a hemorrgagic/endometriotic cyst. A clear cystic lesion is also seen adjacent to the right Overy measuring approx 17*13*22mm, 2.7 cc in volume likely suggestive of a press ovarian cryst/exophytic follicle.
