I have a crooked nose since I was in school, my nose is slowly tilting to the right and my left nostril is completely blocked. Also I get cold every morning, water starts running as soon as I get up. When I sleep I am forced to breathe through my mouth as I can't breathe through my nose. Will surgery help?

Yes , surgery will reduce the nasal obstruction as well as it can be corrected cosmetically , procedure called septorhinoplasty might be needed
