I have been taking crisanta tablet for 6 months now for pcod and doctor has asked me to continue taking it. Should I continue it? Is there any harmful side effects as I have already consumed 6 packets.

The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi Crisanta will only help u regulate an irregular period Though it has no side effects
