Don't panic. Don't worry. Continue feeding. If  child passing many motions, If passing less urine, need rehydration. Need urgent neonatolist consultation.

Self medication is always danger. Laxatives are not required at this age. 1 ml cremaffin may lead to some loose motions. If frequency of passing stool is not high and baby is not looking dehydrated then continue feeding. Maintain his urine output well. Effect of this medicine will last for 12-24 hours.
Next Steps
If he is passing very large loose stools and not passing enough urine, looking dehydrated visit pediatrician urgently.
