My father is CAD and needs to undergo angio,however, his createtine lever is 4.4 now and Dr says that if angio is done he l ho into dialyses. He had undergone adenosin test which shows triple vessle diseases.

Your doctor is absolutely right. He may need dialysis after the angio bcoz of the contrast. Depending upon the anatomy of the lesions further treatment can be incorporated. All this should be done in consultation with nephrologist which I am sure your doctor must have already advised
