Cream for anal friction due to dry skin

I recently recovered from anal ulcer. I used to apply Anobliss cream throughout. Post recovery, i stopped using the Anobliss cream. But now, in between the butt cheeks, i fell a lot of dryness and irritation. The feeling is more like friction from the dry skin so much so that i feel the hair in that area gets pulled, and i sometimes see strands of hair pulled from the root. I applied candid expert skin solution powder for a day, but this powder is giving me more irritation. Maybe the powder is absorbing all the moisture from already dry skin. When i apply anobliss cream, i get instant relief. I do not want to apply medicated creams anymore. Could you please advise a moisturizer/cream/lotion that is free of chemicals/medication, but will keep the skin hydrated?

Try B4 nappy cream. It's a diaper rash cream for babies but it serves it's purpose in adults as well for dryness and irritated genital and anal area skin.
