Cramps post Embryo transfer

I'm getting mild cramps almost for the whole day post day 7 of day 3 embryo transfer. Today is day 9 of transfer, still I can feel mild cramps. Is it normal? I haven't taken any bed rest after ET. Resumed normal walking (slowly) and travelled in car to office also. Is it fine?
