Abdominal cramps and light bleeding since last night... First trimester of pregnancy..... No much bleeding is noted... No proper response from government doctors. As we had no other option as it was late high we ended up with this hospital...

It's okay. You will need an ultrasound. Take complete rest. Inform your doctor immediately if you note bleeding
