Cramps and abdomen looks like pregnant t

I have been having light bleeding from past 4 months (lasting for max 3days) compared to 6 days menstruation. Serum prolactin is 48. Hpt and beta hcg shows No pregnancy. Ultrasound TVS shows minimal free fluid in POD and impression says PID. LFT is normal. TSH is normal. But abdomen looks like that of pregnancy.

Flow is less that's why getting doubt I am pregnant.Prolactin level is high take medicine for that.what's your weight if more reduce it do proper exercise and take more protein diet.
