Cramping in lower abdomen

I am a female(20yrs) having severe lower abdominal.cramping at frequent intervals.this is accompanied with lower back pain.the cramps become so severe that i am unable to move or walk even a bit.dis month's periods are yet to come.period dates are irregular.d frst two times,cyclopam had reduced the pain.what is the cause of cramps n irregular periods.
