Cracks on foreskin of penis

I have some scratch marks ok the foreskin of penis. This is painful while I try to pull the foreskin back. The foreskin is bit swollen as well. I am still able to pull it back, but this comes with pain. There is no blood though, but red lines on foreskin which is painful while pulling it back.

It's ballenitis, more common in diabetes. It's causes painful retraction and pain during intercoarse. Use some lubricant during sex. If it's sever, may require surgery.
