Cracking noise at the back.scapula region.it was initially painless .then there was some pain while lying down or waking up on one side.it had gotten a little more than mild but now it has decreased but not fully gone

Facet joint release has to be done and scapular mobilizations need to be done.
Next Steps
if there's swelling use icing
