I have been breastfeeding for past 12 days. I have sore and extremely cracked nipples. We have learnt the latch and are able to feed properly, but during the start of feed, the breast pains too much for 30-40secs as my baby tries to latch. This happens only once during the entire feed and it's at start of the feed. The nipples are unable to heal due to repeated soreness - how can I cure this while having no impact on breast feeding ?
