I have hurt my anal tract due to hard stool 2 weeks back. It still hurts. I don’t have constipation, I clear my bowel everyday. The stool has Granual which hurt the crack when passed. Please suggest remedy

Hi Madam, toy have developed a fissure in ano.Apply Diltigesic 2% ointment in and out and little inside the anal canal 3 times a day after passing stool for 10 days. Ointment Lox 2% - apply at least 15 min. before going to pass stool( will reduce pain). Take syp.Cremaffin plus 30 ml at night after dinner ( stop or decrease the dose in case of loose stool). sit in warm water tub for 15 min. three times a day

Avoid spicy food. take plenty of salads and liquids
