Hi, my age us 30 and I'm suffering from chronic non bacterial prostatitis. Is there any permanent cure for this issue. I have shown to many urologist but not sure on the treatment. I have tried Ayurveda and homeopathic as well but there is no improvement. I suffer from pain in bladder area, pain in between anus and rectum, pain after ejaculation. Facing erectile dysfunction. I always wake up with full bladder and lower back ache. Also there is a bowel problem. I am not able to control bowel and urine.
