Whether cow's milk adding water can given to two months old baby. Since mother's milk is very few. Please let me know whether it is safe to baby or not.

NO,absolutely not. Cow milk should never be given,give ONLY formula till 9 months of age,at which you have to give 3 solid meals and 3 milk feeds,after which you can switch to buffalo milk,NEVER cow milk.
