Covid vaccine while on anti allergens
I currently have throat irritation due to which I have been prescribed PHLOGAM TAB and ALASPAN AM tablets for two weeks.
Should I still go for vaccination now or wait till I finish the prescribed course? I have read that some medicines can reduce the immune response if taken priorly?

Ideally vaccination should be done when a person is fully fit and fine. As you said you have throat irritation and also you have been prescribed medication for that. I would suggest you delay your vaccination till the time you finish your medicines and regain your health.
