If i am taking any medicine like paracetamol, azithree, alegra-m, Zadanose.for upper respiratory tract infections..should i take vaccine. I don't have any allergies history behind

Vaccine is not Recommended if you have any active infection . If you have any fever, cough, sore throat, loss of taste/smell please consult and don't go for vaccine. Don't take unnecessary antibiotics if you are not symptomatic/ exposed .

Current Infection is one of the contraindications for covid vaccination. You should get vaccine after treatment of current respiratory infection.
