I'm taking today covid  vaccine after if I'm devlop fever bodyache dirrohea ya any other symptoms which medicine can I take only dolo 650 . And also can I take my regular medicine like for bp amodep at telmikind For asthma duolin rotacap Vicks inhaler for nose block Please suggest.
