I'm a diabetic type 2 having hba1c 9 i got covid vaccine(COVISHIELD) recently the first shot, is first shot also helpful for generating antibodies or i have to take 2nd for antibodies, if I have to take what is the most probable gap between two doses for maximum efficacy.

2nd dose is must at approx 4 -6 weeks. Yr HbA1C is very high. Kindly controll seriously. U r too young .. don't let complication to caught u .
