Please carry all documents and reports pertaining to your condition to the vaccination centre and inform the vaccination medical officer about your condition. After taking the vaccine, it is strongly recommended to stay under observation at the centre for a period of 30 minutes. Inform about any abnormal symptoms to the medical officer urgently. It is also recommended that the vaccination centre have means of resuscitation available for emergency use. Please ensure that such means are available.
