After how many days can a former covid patient take the vaccine? Example, if someone tested positive in March/April when can they take vaccine? Or do former covid patients need vaccination or not?

Hi, once the patient feels better, no more symptoms seen, then the patient can take the vaccine. Preferably 2 weeks after the symptoms subsides .
