I got vaccinated yesterday, after 12 hours of vaccination. I got swelling in left hand and fingers.Is it normal?

It may be due to allergic reaction,  it's uncommon though.  Take tablet Allegra 120mg one per night for 2 nights.  Enough. If it doesn't subside consult a doctor.
