Hi I got my covishield first dose today afternoon. Now I got 101 fever. Is it normal. Should I for covid test? Please help I m 33 female/ 65 kgs with no comorbidities, I have dust allergy only

If you haven't been exposed in the past 14 days, fever is a normal reaction to the vaccination, it should subside in 4 to 5 days.
Next Steps
Take in lots of liquid, look out for signs of breathlessness or cough, monitor oxygen saturation.
