It's been 5 days I have fever, I'm taking dollo daily, morning I dont feel sick, evening suddenly my temp goes high with body pain and headache. Kindly suggest

What is the highest temperature you have had? What other symptoms if any are you having? Cough/shortness of breath/ bowel issues? Given the current scenario, I'd recommend getting some tests drawn and starting some specific empiric treatment based on a comprehensive evaluation.
