Covid positive since 10 days

Having phlegm and cough more. Eating apple, banana daily. Does these fruits bad for cough,cold? Saturation fluctuated 92 to 94 today. Severe weakness present all these days. Pls suggest me fruits suitable for me right at this moment. I have fever, IBS too. Please note this while suggesting.
