She has covid symptoms since 6th May. She is facing short breathlessness, vomit two times at last night, light fever please do suggest right guidance.

Hello start Azithromycin  500g once a day for5 days, Paracetamol  500 mg twice a day for 5 days, and go for covid test, start zincovit  tab once a day and Limcee viewable twice a day for 30 days to increase  your immunity, if any more issue consult me online.
