Covid positive patient .
Age 76 yrars old. Covid positive. Diabetic. Copd. Tyroid. PTCR. Patient Is admitted in hospital. Eight days over. Today is nine days running. But peitent condition is critical. No fever and cough. But patient is oxygen bipap supported last two days.Will the patient be able to recover?
It all depends upon his immunity and all the risk factors like his DDimer/iL6/Ldh/crp . He is having history of Copd and diabetes ( co morbidities) which makes recovery slower as compared to normal individuals.
Let the doctors try their level best and pray.
