Hi Corona virus can affect the brain, when you have active infection,  much like it affects lungs or any other organ in body. Once you have recovered from it, then there is no long term impact.  If during the active infection,  you have some neurological symptoms like encephalopathy,  it can have long term impact. However if your active infection is controlled and you didn't have neurological symptoms,  then there won't be any major complications related to this. Thanks and regards.
