I m Covid positive. My saturation is stable and is normal. But I m having high grade in interval, fever 102 to 103 degree. Dolo 650 is not useful for this. Pls advice further. I had taken Nimesulide which has reduced fever. Someone has told me that this medicine is not safe. Pls advise. I have weakness
