Give him dolo (500) thrice daily for 3-4 days. Azithromycin (500) tab 1 tab daily for 5 days Any good cough syrup (like grillinctus) 2 tsf thrice. Gargel with hot water. Montor spo2. Nothing other thing to be done Don't panic Take rest!
