Covid pneumonia

I have been diagnosed with Covid pneumonia. I am feeling very weak. Spo2 is 96-97 daily monitoring. Dry cough. Exertion. Enclosing my prescription and x-ray report for better view. Please guide me if my doctor is treating me with pneumonia medicines??? I am seeking second opinion.

your doctor should put you on anti viral(like remdesivir) with some immune boost tablets (vit c and zin) rest the treatment is right

1)Sorry to say but Asthakind should be avoide in covid patients as it is a sympathomimetic drug and it may have some negative effect on heart 2) Azithromycin has no proven beneficial effect in management of covid
Next Steps
I would suggest you consult a pulmonologist to discuss on starting oral inhalational steroids due to dry cough
