My doctor has recommended fabipiravir 1800 mg for first day and then 800mg twice a day . Is it safe .?? to take such high dose on sjngle day for covid patient

Yes its needed for appropriate action of drug......and its according to guideline....so not to worry..and take as ur doctor said
