Covid medication

I m covid positive patient  in  home isolation with following medications. 1.paracetmol 2.Doxycycline 3.HCQ 4.vitamin d 5.B complex 6.vitamin c 7.Rantidine I m experencing watery diarrhoea since yesterday and feeling some difficulty in breathing after vapourization for few minutes.should i join hospital or else continue with medication? My oxygen saturation is 94% and no breathing difficulties during normal time

First of all we need details of your symptoms , onset ,and also  needed crp ,d dimer, complete blood picture, so  treatment can be advised ,meanwhile  take prone position intermittently and plan to arrange hospital bed ,be careful

Hi,add ivermectin  12 twice & vit d3 6ok twice in a week   ,breathing exercises  may help you.

HCQ is not recommended , so you can stop taking that. Continue rest all medications. Have ORS after loose stools. Regarding breathlessness you can use budecort 200 inhaler 4 puffs, twice a day. Also do proning whenever possible. You should watch SpO2 levels and should visit hospital if it's going below current levels.

Please stop taking HCQ and Continue rest of the treatment as prescribed.Try to get an ECG if possible.Keep monitoring O2 saturation levels once in every 2-3hrs and be very conscious about it.If the levels fall around or below 92,You need to get hospitalized.

Take Ors for diarrhea and budecort 0.5 mg respules 2ml for relief in breathlessness
