Covid isolation

My mother tested covid positive 7 days back. And she had symptoms from past 13 days.She is in self isolation now.Now can she is completely alright and she has no cough , cold, fever.she is completely fine and healthy now.but she didn't regain her sense of smell yet.Can she come out of self isolation now.And can she do her works normally.

As per ICMR guidelines, isolaion for 17 days reqired for patients suffering covid,  so yours mother should keep isolated for 4 days more. 
Next Steps
test for covid rtpcr or antigen will be better,  before going back to normal work

Not regaining sense of smell is alright..This anosmia may persist for over a month..But she has to stay in isolation for at least 10 days from the date she has tested positive..
