Dear Madam/ Sir , As my wife had Covid positive as she is suffering from Severe headache from 3 days  ,low fever & Fatigue ,No smell and taste I too had tested Positive She is using tab : for headache LANOL-ER 650 mg ,Even not much relief for this medicine Please Suggest the Medicine for her We can't go outside Thank you
