Covid IGg test report

Recently I had bit fever and sore throat, to check covid, I tested myself covid.19 antibody IGg test. Please let me understand the report and advice .Test report attached.

As per data covid antibody IgG increases after 7th day of infection and persists upto the 21st day. But it can't be said if you are actively  infected now or you are post active status and the bodies immunoglobin persist post infection.. if you want to be sure kindly isolate yourself  and get a rtpcr done tomorrow.
