Take CALPOL 650 when symptomatic, if Luke warm water gargle is not relieving. As mild to moderate discomfort subsides by help of paracetamol.

For dental pain & gum bleeding after covid recovery , get clinical examination done . Also maintaining oral hygiene is very important by brushing 2 times daily on a regular basis. Gargle with lukewarm salt water after every meals to maintain oral hygiene
Next Steps
visit dentist / periodontist for clinical examination
Health Tips
eat lots of vitamin C rich fruits like aawla,  oranges, strawberry, Indian gooseberry etc.to improve your oral health & add protein rich food in your diet as a booster of immunity. Thanks!
