Smell and taste will come gradually, but you need to isolate yourself at least 10 more days ie till 21 st day

Self isolation for mild symptoms can be discontinued after a negative RT PCR test. Or wait for 15 days after the fever subsides( fever is not seen without any antipyretic medication)
Next Steps
Stay hydrated, eat healthy and protein rich diet. Monitor your SpO2 regularly.
Health Tips
Kindly stay isolated just for the sake of your loved ones, the disease hasn't affected you much but might take a severe impact on them
