Hi, usually cardiac problems with breathing difficulties aggravate with exercise and reduce by rest in initial stages, in advised stages breathingdifficulties at rest will occur. Covid19 many times oxygen saturation will go down without symptoms and even during rest also breathing difficulties will be there. Most importantly history of fever, throat pain will be there in covid19.
